Greenfield Media has helped develop customer leads and made introductions and assisted in negotiations with content providers looking for TVOD, AVOD and SVOD placement. Greenfield Media has also assisted in some longer-term strategic planning and growth exploration that resulted in asset purchases.
Film Rise is the leading Independent AVOD channel operator that distributes across a broad selection of platforms including Roku, Tubi, Pluto, and many others. Greenfield Media was helping Film Rise identify strong content brands and producer catalogs for AVOD Distribution. Greenfield successfully delivered several branded channels and a Reality TV series that Film Rise Co-Produced.
Shout Factory is America’s Leading Independent Distributor of vintage content and hit Independent brands. They have been a dominant player in licensed content with focus on TV, Indie Feature Films and Studio Classics. Greenfield Media is augmenting their marketplace content licensing activities while also playing a role in expanding their film focus on Co-Productions with heavy emphasis on action genre films with recognizable casts.
Verdugo Entertainment was formed in 2020 by Visual Data Media Services. VDMS is a leader in restoration and postproduction services and they formed Verdugo to provide clients with full service distribution capabilities including TVOD, SVOD, DVD, BD, and AVOD. Greenfield Media provided day-to-day general management covering licensing of content, release distribution strategies, marketing and positioning, and billing and accounting assistance. Films are all vintage and target collectors across all platforms and outlets.
Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN) is America’s largest TV evangelist network with satellite, over the air broadcast and streaming OTT coverage across all the US and in over 100 countries around the world. They launched a kids SVOD Channel that is a safe zone for kids 12 and under. This channel will feature a broad spectrum of content that all reflect the positive values we want our young children to experience. Greenfield Media was responsible for the initial licensing content contacts with studios and producers and handled most initial deal terms and contract negotiations as well.
Digital and Physical Distribution Placement Services
The Asylum is one of Hollywood’s Indie Film Success Stories having produced such franchise classics like the Sharknado series. The Asylum is handling their own Broadcast, Cable, and Digital sales but Greenfield Media is responsible for all DVD sales and has placed many of their titles at Walmart, Amazon, and in general retail distribution. Greenfield Media has also Executive produced two feature films with The Asylum and has more in development.
Film Movement is an Art-house oriented Independent Distributor based in New York that has strong digital distribution and niche channels but they utilize Greenfield Media for placement on more mainstream content at Mass Merchants like Walmart.
Decal is a newly formed joint venture between leading Independent Film Distributors Bleecker Street and Neon. Greenfield Media assisted in contract negotiations and now helps manage their Blu-ray and DVD physical distribution strategy with Distribution Solutions.
Reel Works Studio is a feature film and TV production entity with a long history of creating content that focuses on family values and faith themes. Greenfield Media is providing distribution negotiations and deal placement of several films that Reel Works has produced. Recent films include “When We Last Spoke,” “Never Again,” and “The Mulligan.” Greenfield Media is also helping to broaden licensing on catalog rights for Reel Works including The Ultimate Gift Trilogy.
Liberation Film Services is a United Kingdom-based production company that focuses on Broadway and West End live theater productions on film. Examples include Kinky Boots and 42nd Street. Greenfield Media has secured broad digital and physical distribution placement for the entire catalog of films. Rights handled by Greenfield include SVOD, TVOD, AVOD, DVD, and BD.
Time Life has long been one of the premier direct-to-consumer content marketing firms which focuses on classic branded content. They employed Greenfield Media to help secure digital streaming placement deals at the leading AVOD outlets. Greenfield Media secured offers from Tubi TV and Pluto TV. Greenfield Media also assisted in dialog with leading SVOD streaming companies including HBO Max and CBS All Access.
OTT Channel Strategies for SVOD, AVOD, and FAST
Walk Productions, founded by fitness icon Leslie Sansone, hired Greenfield to help recraft her SVOD Strategy. First, we identified a new App developer with ideal fitness features, and next we expanded her distribution footprint. The channel is now available on top-level platforms iOS, Fire and Android, Apple TV, and Roku. Walk at Home also has a vibrant following of 4 million active subscribers on Leslie’s YouTube Channel. Greenfield Media also provided equipment sourcing and logistics coordination for Walk at Home’s QVC business.
Impact Professionals is a newly launched SVOD service that will also expand into AVOD and FAST Channel operation in early 2023 under the guidance and day-to-day management of Greenfield Media. Impact focuses on the fast-growing self-employment entrepreneur trends where many young workers are choosing to be Independent contractors, consultants, or part-time gig workers. Greenfield Media has refined the content strategy, assisted in all content and distribution and App deals, and will secure new FAST Channel distribution in 2023.
Allied Vaughn is the leading Manufacturer of Physical Media Discs when ordered on demand. This unique business model allows rights owners to exploit their content on DVD and BD even when quantities are low due because units are manufactured as orders are generated through on-line retailers like Amazon and Bestbuy.com . As all content owners manage the gradual end of physical media Allied Vaughn will play a leading role. Greenfield Media is helping to promote the cost saving and innovative workflow approach that Allied Vaughn is offering major studios and leading independent clients.
Executive Producing and Financing and Distribution Negotiations
Greenfield Media was the Executive Producer for Rebels of PT 218 and secured the distribution deals for all rights in US and Canada in 2021. LINK
A Tale of Two Guns starring Tom Berenger and Danny Trejo was also Executive Produced by Greenfield Media who secured the financing and the distribution agreements for both Domestic and International in 2021. Shout Factory took all domestic rights and VMI International handles rest of world rights. LINK
The Most Dangerous Game starring Casper van Dien, Bruce Dern and Judd Nelson was another the film the Greenfield Media Executive Produced in 2022 and was released by Mill Creek in the United States and 101 Films is handling all International Sales. LINK
Hunted is a film that Greenfield will Executive Produce in 2022 and will star Richard Dreyfus.
Getting Played Again is a sequel to the 2005 hit comedy. It is in development stage led by Greenfield Media. Greenfield Media is developing a 3 picture slate in conjunction with Koenig Pictures that hope to made in 2023.
Moonbeam Motel is another action film in development for production in 2023 with Jeff Alrik.
Greenfield Media is also working on Reality TV Series called Haunted Objects it hopes to greenlight later in 2023.
